Studio Rules

Rental time includes set up and break down times. If you exit the studio past your finish time $75 late exit fee will apply per 15 mins!

Group size: Photo studio allows for one photographer and one assistant or MUA and two models. Extra people in the studio are $5 per hr. MAX 6 people.

Privacy – Assume that the studio is under video surveillance at all times or that the owner or an employee might enter at anytime. make sure your models are aware of this as well. Not that we want to invade your studio time with prying eyes, but there will be expensive equipment or even a car inside. We will monitor our property as we see necessary!

There are NO bathrooms in the studio! We will have a small changing tent for the models to share. Please let you models know as well as they may want to stop and use a restroom on the way!

Important, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $200 and up) and will depend on the amount of work required! We most likely will hire an outside cleaning service. your cost would be 150% of the bill.

No hard to clean materials (confetti, milk, flour, powder, fake blood, wax, body oil, etc) are to be used!

No Smoking in the studio! Than includes vape!

Enter and exit – Make sure models are not visible inside the studio when the door is opened. Models are to be fully clothed at any point the door is to be opened. The garage doors may be opened 1 foot to allow for air flow and we will have a fan and small heater now and hope to ad a larger unit soon.

No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident. If using as a prop you must let us know when booking and no hard real drugs allowed i.e. cocaine, meth….

No pets allowed without prior consent from FanTCstuios!

We believe in art and nudity is ok, but NOTHING porn related! That includes any type of insertion or masturbation etc. Male models may not be erect and must immediately cover up if an erection occurs. Any violation will be reported to police and a $2,000 fine will be added as well!
